Research On The Impact Of Information Resources Sharing On Logistics Alliance Stability

With the rapid development of economy,the logistics demand is bigger,the logistics industry pressure is increasing and facing the changing market,some logistics enterprises feel lacking of ability.Many logistics enterprises are looking for partners from operating alone to alliance cooperation to get market opportunities,reduce costs and increase profits.At the same time,along with the development of information technology,the value of information resources is being valued constantly,and it is becoming the dominant resource in all aspect of life.The construction and maintenance of the modern logistics alliance depend on the sharing and utilization of information resources and the factors affecting the construction and maintenance of logistics alliance relate of information resources sharing directly or indirectly.As a result,Information resource sharing is the key part of the logistics alliance to achieve goal.Logistics enterprises can get more benefit by logistics alliance,but the stability of logistics alliance is not high which is the key factor of the logistics alliance that cannot live for a long time.The current logistics alliance management style is not conducive to information resource sharing,lacking of trust among members,insufficient input of information technology and so on,which restricts the development of logistics alliance and members are not aware of the importance of information resources sharing to the stability of logistics alliances properly that results opportunism and “free rider”behavior,inefficient Information resources sharing and the logistics alliance break up.Based on this,this paper studies the influence of information resource sharing on the stability of logistics alliance from the perspective of information resource sharing.Firstly,this paper analyzes logistics alliance and information resources development status,existing problems and the structure conditions of logistics alliance.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between internal and external factors that influence the stability of logistics alliance and information resources sharing,builds the logistics alliance information resources sharing mechanisms,and builds logistics alliance member information resources model and logistics alliance member information resource sharing behavior model dynamic evolution through a two-stage game method respectively which is concluded that under the different condition,the stable strategies of logistics alliance members information resource sharing behavior are different.Thirdly,the paper establishes the stability of logistics alliance formulas and simulates the effect of information resources sharing behavior of members to the stability of the logistics alliance under the different condition through MATLAB.At the same time,there is the variation about varying degrees of impact on the stability of logistics alliance thought the adjustment of different parameters.At last,from the perspective of information resource sharing,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the stability of logistics alliance.
