An Empirical Study On The Multidimensional Poverty And Poverty Alleviation Mechanism Of Rural Households In Zhaotong City

The state has always paid attention to solving the poverty problem in contiguous poverty-stricken areas.Zhaotong city is located in the mountainous area of wumeng,and 10 of 11 counties and districts have been awarded as state-level poverty-stricken counties,and its poverty form has become the typical representative of this region.To study the poverty situation of zhaotong city and analyze it from a multi-dimensional perspective is the key to realize the accurate poverty alleviation in this region.Is in zhaotong city as an example,this paper select group research zhaotong city sample data of 980 peasant households of multidimensional poverty and poverty mechanism of empirical research,multidimensional poverty in the region for descriptive statistics and find out the main factors of restricting the regional poverty poverty mechanism analysis,has certain practical significance to the region out of poverty,at the same time provide certain reference for national precision poverty area.This paper selected the comparison on measurement of multidimensional poverty representative income,assets,health,education and living standards and the five dimensions of five dimensions set net income per capita,per capita housing area,under the fixed number of year of the productive fixed assets,adult education,medical insurance,distance to the nearest clinic,drinking water safety,sanitation,cooking fuel,ten indexes in consumer durable goods,according to the research group of zhaotong city nine district 980 peasant households of real data,using AF method to measure the multidimensional poverty index,and the index from two aspects of indicators and regional decomposition analysis.Second,to affect all the indexes of the multidimensional poverty of grey correlation analysis,analysis of whether there is a close causal relationship between each dimension index,then draws on the importance of multidimensional poverty governance and breakthrough.Finally,combined with the feature of sample data from the family,family endowment in three aspects,the condition of village poverty factors probit regression analysis,indicates that the main factors leading to multidimensional poverty,poverty mechanism analysis and put forward the policy Suggestions of comprehensive governance poverty.Through the empirical analysis of zhaotong city peasant household data,in this paper,the main conclusions are: a,found in the poverty measurement: farmers in poverty in unidimensional measurement existing in the higher health facilities,most health facilities to dry the sample area.In multidimensional poverty measurement,with the increase of poverty measurement dimension,poverty rates are falling,but estimates of poverty deprived degree index is increasing,when k = 3,multidimensional poverty index was 0.3413,and 84.1% of the poverty rate,poor deprived degree index is 0.4059,higher than the national level of poverty,poverty is more serious.From the aspects of dimension to study foung that affect the rate of the largest dimension index is 5 or less,sanitation and drinking water in large dimension the durable consumer goods and the distance to the nearest clinic effect on multidimensional poverty rate should also be attention.It was found that the poverty of zhenxiong and yongshan areas was deeper than that of other areas.Two,between each dimension index to describe the multidimensional poverty,grey correlation analysis found that mutual influence between each dimension index constraints,and each dimension indexes between the correlation coefficient is bigger,once a dimension indexes into poverty indicators will inevitably affect other dimensions,and other indicators will in turn affect the index again,thereby into a "vicious circle",make the region into multiple intertwined state of poverty.Three factors of poverty,using Probit model regression,based on the characteristics of family,family endowment,village situation analysis,found in the three aspects of labor education level,income structure,raising status,health conditions,traffic conditions and geographical environment has a significant influence on the region multidimensional poverty,poverty should be emphatically from the aspects of governance.4.Based on the analysis results of the sample areas,comprehensive and comprehensive policies and Suggestions on poverty management are proposed.We must improve medical care,education and infrastructure,develop special industries,improve the social security system and,more importantly,enhance innovation in poverty management.
