Study On Spatial-Temporal Difference And Influencing Factors Of The Level Of County Economic Development In Provincial Border-Regions Of Jiangsu-Anhui

Economic globalization and regional economic integration is in the ascendant,with the booming of domestic economic integration,the economy of different regions is becoming an interdependent and interrelated organic whole.However,Provincial border-regions,special areas,are driven by the border barrier effect and the different development policies,which makes the regional economic difference remarkable and seriously restricts the coordinated development of the regional economy.Jiangsu-Anhui not only play a key role in the strategy of "the rise of central China",but also an important province to promote the prosperity and development of the Nanjing metropolitan area and the Yangtze River Delta economic circle.Recently,provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui continue to break the barriers of inter-provincial boundaries and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation of economic and trade to achieve economic mutual benefit and win-win,which is a model of coordinated development of regional economy.This paper first evaluates the level of economic development in provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui,based on the spatial scale of province,zone and county.Secondly,based on the level of county economic development,using the coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient,standard deviation,decomposition of Theil index and GIS spatial analysis technology to explore spatial-temporal difference of the economic development level of the adjacent counties in Jiangsu-Anhui;Finally,through the dynamic panel model and the spatial Durbin model,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial-temporal difference of the county economy and discusses the policy suggestions for the coordinated development of county economy in provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui.First of all,through the analysis of the status of the economic development in the adjoining counties of Jiangsu-Anhui,it can be seen that the comprehensive development level of the county economy in the three-level spatial scale rises in the fluctuation,but at the same time,the differences between border of Jiangsu and Anhui and the internal differences in the border of Jiangsu and Anhui can not be ignored.In addition,county economy in the north and middle of Anhui is relatively low but faster growth,county economy in the south and middle of Jiangsu is higher but the development potential is insufficient.Secondly,from the point of view of time dimension,the county economic differencesof provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui are sensitive to spatial scale,the smaller the geographical scale and the bigger the economic difference.The overall differences of provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui,the differences between border of Jiangsu and Anhui and the internal differences in the border of Jiangsu and Anhui under the third-level spatial scale are narrowed in the fluctuation,and the internal differences between the border of Jiangsu and Anhui have become the dominant factors of the overall differences in provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui.From the perspective of spatial dimension,the spatial differences of pattern of county economy under the third level is basically stable,which is high in Jiangsu and low in Anhui,and the south and north of Jiangsu is low,the north of Anhui in low.Meanwhile,the border of Jiangsu has a certain degree of economic diffusion to Anhui;county economy showed significant global spatial auto-correlation,high agglomeration area is mainly distributed in the south of Jiangsu and Anhui.In addition,on the basis of the study of the spatial-temporal difference of the county economy,this paper further analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial-temporal difference in provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui: the capital investment scale,the industrial structure,the degree of opening to the outside world and the innovation ability play a different role in border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui;moreover,county economy of the two border-regions depends not only on its own basic and resource inputs,spatial spill over effects and other spatial factors to a certain extent,to promote the county's economic development.Finally,based on the above research results,combined with the actual development of provincial border-regions of Jiangsu-Anhui,the paper offer some relevant guiding policy recommendations.
