Since entering the twenty-first century, the urban economy of our country has been developing unceasingly and the process of urbanization has achieved rapid development. The consequent problem is that the extensive use of urban land in our country has become increasingly prominent, especially in most parts of our country in recent years Real estate speculation, speculation zone boom, but also exacerbated the phenomenon of extensive use of urban land in our country,large-scale enclosure development and construction of a serious waste of land resources. Therefore,to explore the relationship between urbanization and urban land use efficiency has a very important practical value for the coordinated development of the two.The six provinces in central China account for about one-tenth of the country's total land area and about one-third of the country's population. However, their GDP accounts for about one-fifth of China's total population and is a very important economic hinterland in China. Therefore,The research on this area has important theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of summarizing the existing literature, this paper first makes a theoretical analysis of the urbanization and land use efficiency, and secondly builds an index system of urbanization level and the index system of urban land use efficiency based on the existing research.Calculate the composite index of the two, analyze and appraise the measurement results, and then use the coupling coordination model to calculate the degree of coordination between the urbanization level and the urban land use benefit level, and make a conclusion by comparing the measured results Finally, the relationship between the two is obtained through the measurement regression model test, and policy recommendations are put forward based on the conclusions drawn. After analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: First, the urbanization level of the six provinces shows a rising trend as a whole. The urbanization level increased slowly before 2004,but from 2004 to 2013 The level of urbanization has been more obvious growth;second, six provinces in the overall level of land use efficiency are showing a rising trend, before 2004,the land use efficiency level showed a slight fluctuations in the steady slow development trend 2004-2008,With a slight increase, the growth rate has been relatively rapid since 2008.Thirdly,during the research period, the coupling coordination between the urbanization level and the urban land use efficiency level has gradually developed from the brink of instability to a high-quality coordination showing a rising trend,That is,the level of coordination and coordinationbetween the two from a low level of coordination to a high level of coordination and transformation, indicating that the six central provinces of urbanization and land use level is a healthy development of state, its level of development and are constantly optimizing Upgrade;Fourth, urbanization and industrial structure optimization of urban land-use efficiency of the promotion of a This shows that we can improve the efficiency of land use by adjusting the level of urbanization and optimize the industrial structure. The innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: First, the article estimates the level of urbanization and land use efficiency by using the comprehensive index method, which shows more accurately the present situation of urbanization in the six central provinces of China;secondly,Coupling coordination model of the coordination between the two carried out in-depth analysis;three text added regression analysis, regression analysis to test the development of urbanization is conducive to the improvement of urban land use efficiency level, and clear the relationship between them.
