Feature Story:"The Inner Gravity" Of The Homecoming Entrepreneurs

According to statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas,the number of entrepreneurs returning home to China has reached 7.4 million.The strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is fully releasing the potential for innovation and entrepreneurship in the entire society.On the one hand,entrepreneurs returning home can use their new ideas and new thought to build their hometown and to boost their rural regeneration.On the other hand,as a high-risk behavior,entrepreneurship has a success rate of 20%or less,and entrepreneurship in returning home will face multiple problems such as lack of talent,ideas,funds,and lagging public services.As returning entrepreneurs themselves,there are many reasons for them to return to their hometowns.The emotional status,mental status,survival methods,entrepreneurship paths,and problems faced by returning entrepreneurs are also varied.Based on interviews with multiple entrepreneurs returning home,this article selects three typical returning entrepreneurs and hopes to comprehensively analyze the survival status of the group of returning entrepreneurs through in-depth reports and reporters’ notes to show the mood and sentiment of returning entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurship and life.At the same time,drawing the "main-gravity" as the main clue,this article uses multi-faceted and multi-angle interviews and hopes to depict a living portrait of a real returning creator,to reflect on the real dilemma faced by the returning homemakers in their hometowns,and to reveal the real reason"Why do hometown entrepreneurs choose hometown entrepreneurship?" and "why they stay in their hometowns".
