For a long time,the talent resources are the first place in the resources of the enterprise.The competition of talents has been very important since ancient times,especially for the competition among the enterprises nowadays.For an enterprise,whether it can attract talent and retain talent,how to effectively reduce the loss of talent,which has a significant impact on the survival and development of the enterprise.Nowadays,the level of social economic development is increasing,the speed is increasing,the market is changing more and more,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.Many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are developing slowly in this competition.However,because of the limited financial and material resources of these small and medium-sized enterprises,it is impossible to compete with some big enterprises in many cases.So,this leads to the importance of talent.However,because of the influence of many factors,such as society,enterprise organization and individual factors,many management talents are limited in our small and medium enterprises and can not bring their talents into full play.This leads to the phenomenon of management talent loss is very common and strict,which has brought huge losses to small and medium-sized enterprises.In the face of the situation of the loss of management talents,the managers of the enterprises should take active measures to keep the talents,and the important role of managing talents should be paid more and more attention by the business operators.At present,many enterprises have the problem of the loss of managerial talent.There are many reasons for this situation.In general,there are many reasons: the talent is not developed in the enterprise,the compensation and welfare provided by the company can not meet the needs of the employees,the unfair behavior in the organization,the tension between the employees and so on.However,the methods of human resource management in many small and medium-sized enterprises have a lot of adverse effects on the recruitment,retention and training of talents,which have hindered the good development of the enterprises.How to avoid the loss of talent,especially how to retain the core talent of the enterprise,this problem has become a challenge that many SMEs need to face.Through the analysis of the current situation,the influence and the causes of the brain drain in small and medium-sized enterprises in China,this paper seeks to find effective methods and measures to effectively control the brain drain of small and medium-sized enterprises,hoping to better protect and promote the healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through systematic analysis on the problem of brain drain in the management layer of S company,this paper studies the current situation,influence and causes of the brain drain in the management layer of S company,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to help and promote the healthy and rapid development of this kind of small and medium-sized enterprises.I believe that this is of great significance to S company,as well as to other companies of the same type and industry.
