Product Quality Management Improvement Research Of C Company

Quality is a sign of national scientific and technological level,a reflection of a national quality and life of an enterprise.Medical industry first is "the people's livelihood needs",and"the national development needs",the health care industry to protect and improve people's health,improve their quality of life,and promote economic development and social progress plays an important role.The health care industry is the commanding heights of the competing international big company,its threshold is higher.If Chinese company quality management level can't improve quickly,so will lose in the starting line of product quality.In this article,the improvement of C company product quality management were studied.First,introduces the related concepts of quality management theory and quality management tools.Then,C company and hemodialysis industry are introduced,expounds C company management status and main problems of product quality,and analyses the causes of main problems.Then,based on the theory of management,formulate the corresponding improvement strategies for quality problem.Finally,the effect of quality improvement strategies were evaluated.
