An Empirical Study On The Degree Of Financial Agglomeration And Its Influencing Factors In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

Based on the background of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,which has risen to the national strategic level,this paper starts with the current financial development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration,and analyzes the current situation of the financial agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The part of empirical research based on two aspects.Firstly,this paper is based on the existing research at home and abroad to summarize the financial agglomeration degree measure method.And then this paper selects the appropriate indicators to buildthe financial agglomeration degree evaluation system of city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,by using the factor analysis method.The system analyzes and evaluates the financial agglomeration degreeof city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province from 2005 to 2014.This empirical result shows that from 2005 to 2014,the city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province financial agglomeration degree is increasing year by year.While,most of the city's financial agglomeration in Hebei Province is still in the overall level of the urban agglomeration of the city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.Then,with the panel data of city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province from 2003 to 2015,thispaper does the appropriate modeling and analysis by using the financial industrial location entropy as the dependent variable,selecting six specific indexes in five aspects of finance,economic,human capital,local government and Internet development as the independent variables to do the multivariate regression analysis in order to find out the main influence factors of the city clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province financial agglomeration degree.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to speed up the pace of financial cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
