At present,there are many problems in the use of Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans for the extraction of pigments in the food industry.In previous studies,color quality was often used to reflect the quality of gardenia yellow pigments.The experiment was carried out from the perspectives of sorghum cultivars,planting methods,processing techniques,moisture content of dried fruit and the relationship between color and price,and storage conditions.In the aspect of medlar cultivars,Jiang Xia Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans was selected as the object of study.The biological characteristics of the plant and the yellow color of gardenia were compared.In terms of planting,the east-west and south-north-facing tracts were selected.In the east,south,west and north directions,the fruit color was collected and the yellow pigment color value of the gardenia was compared.In terms of processing technology,one species of leeks was selected and used different methods,including steaming and boiling.,microwave,boiled water(5s)and not killing cyan,etc.,steamed,boiled,and microwaves were treated with four time gradients respectively,and finally the yellow pigment color of their gardenia was compared and studied;the storage conditions were respectively The orthogonal combination of light,light,room temperature,constant temperature,and storage time was used to investigate the effect of the yellow pigment on the color of gardenia.Results:1.The cultivar of leeks,with the highest price of 225.The mid-season varieties of leeks should be selected as the high-yield species of gardenia yellow pigment;2.The average color price of east-west-facing fruits is 247.54 higher than that of south-north-facing fruits with an average color value of 216.83.It is concluded that the production should be vigorously promoted towards the planting method to increase the production of gardenia yellow pigment;3.The processing technology,the glutinous water color method of the glutinous water processing method reaches 264.96,the highest.Using the method of killing green water,the content of yellow pigment extracted from gardenia is the highest;4.The relationship between the water content of dried fruit and the color value.The higher the water content of dried fruit is,the lower the water content of dried fruit.In order to save energy costs in production,but also make the fruit not easy to mold,so the water content is controlled at about 10% is appropriate;5.Storage conditions,the various treatments over time,the color price decreases.At the same time,the color value is the highest at room temperature,and the color value is the highest.Through the research on the influencing factors of the color price of leeches,the optimal sorghum seeds,planting methods,processing techniques,moisture content of dried fruits and storage conditions are selected to improve the Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans quality.The yellow pigment content of gardenia provides the foundation for the food industry to provide more pigment raw materials.
