In the general contracting mode of project management,the project schedule management is of great significance to achieve the overall goal of the project.It is important to ensure that the project design,procurement,construction and commissioning are carried out smoothly in every aspect of the progress management of each stage closely related to the project proposal or the bidding,design,procurement,construction,commissioning and operation..This paper takes the project of QZ naphtha isomerization unit and aromatics extraction unit of LN engineering company as a case,the formulation,implementation,inspection and adjustment of project schedule management and summarized the progress management of critical path method,tools and techniques to project analysis,to grasp the concept of progress and change advanced management tools hand,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions on the progress of the project management problems and puts forward confusion.The purpose and significance of the topic,the research method,and the research content and focus of this thesis.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of the project schedule management of the general contracting model,and describes in detail the several methods he effect achieved.The third chapter introduces the LN engineering company in the specific circumstances of the project QZ naphtha isomerization unit and aromatics extraction unit of schedule management,including schedule management framework,method,process and purpose,How to carry out measures to protect the progress of the measures.In the fourth chapter,the QZ naphtha isomerization device and the aromatics extraction unit project are taken as examples,and the key points and difficulties of the QZ naphtha isomerization device and the aromatics extraction project are discussed.Under the general contracting mode,Easy to exist,and put forward suggestions and measures to solve the problem.Chapter 5 summarizes the suggestions and experiences of improving the practice of progress management.Practice has proved that LN engineering company in the country to carry out the general contracting project in the progress of the management practice,the establishment and improvement of the LN engineering company schedule management system.Through reviewing and summarizing,absorbing advanced management idea,applying scientific management techniques and methods further,strengthening the process management of schedule management,has a positive effect on improving the great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of LN engineering company,and promote the sustainable and rapid development of LN engineering company in the complex and changeable market economy environment.
