A Research On Enterprise Safety Management

With the development of national economy,the support and restriction of safety to production and operation is becoming more and more obvious.In recent years,the devastating heavy and large security incidents have proved that the enterprise problems or accidents caused by safety management errors are far more harmful to enterprises than other management mistakes.Although the accident lesson will be understood and accepted by the enterprise gradually,but the method,main point and performance of the enterprise safe production management are still exist,the accident happens frequently.From the point of view of the importance of safe production,based on the three risk sources of human unsafe behavior,unsafe state of things and management defects,this paper analyzes the present situation of safety management in domestic enterprises by using system security theory,process incentive theory and 5W2H analysis method,And to reflect,this paper puts forward the view that safety management must rise to the strategic management of enterprises,the safety production conditions must be established on the basis of personnel training,facilities,materials,working methods,quality management,rules and regulations,and the control of the front system and subsequent safety can be truly recognized and controlled.In order to match the appropriate management methods and resources,effectively solve the safety management problems and support the stable production and operation of enterprises.The research results of this paper,such as topic selection,research object,research method,problem-solving performance and so on,prove the correctness of this research method and the validity of theoretical guidance practice,and provide more suitable guidance for the safety management or the practitioners.
