Study On The Relationship Between Economic Development And Environmental Quality In Harbin Key Development Zone

While China's economic and social development has made historic achievements,the resources and environment have taken a huge price.General Secretary Xi has clearly pointed out that“it must not be exchanged for the temporary economic development at the expense of the ecological environment”and emphasizes efforts to achieve coordinated economic and social development and ecological environmental protection.The Harbin key development zone plays an important role in leading the city's economic development.The spatial distribution of China's economy is highly spatially related to environmental issues,and the center of economic agglomeration is often the center of pollution agglomeration.Therefore,studying the relationship between economic development and environmental quality in Harbin key development zone and realizing the positive interaction between economy and environment are of great significance to improve environmental quality and the quality of economic development in Harbin key development zone.This study made an in-depth study on the relationship between economic development and environmental quality in Harbin key development zone.Firstly,the economic development and environmental quality from 2005 to 2017 were sorted out.Secondly,the grey correlation method was used to screen out environmental indicators that are strongly related to economic development,and the relationship between environmental pollution and economic development was fitted by SPSS to obtain the Environmental Kuznets Curve?EKC?,and calculated the carrying capacity of the atmospheric environment and the carrying capacity of the water environment,and quantitatively analyzed the degree of harmony between the industry and the environment.Finally,forecast the industrial structure and pollution emissions from 2018 to 2020.Combined with all research results,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of the environment and economic development were proposed.Based on the analysis of economic development and environmental quality in Harbin key development zones,it is found that from 2005 to 2017,GDP,per capita GDP,industrial output value and agricultural output value all continued to increase,and the proportion of added value and employment of the three industries showed a trend of transferring from the primary and secondary industries to the tertiary industry,and made it clear that it was in the middle stage of industrialization in 2017,and the level of rationalization of the industrial structure was higher,but the level of advancement was lower,and the industrial structure had the characteristics of“virtual advancement”.From2005 to 2017,the utilization level of resources gradually improved,and the status of solid waste treatment and disposal did not improve significantly.From 2013 to 2017,the quality level of air and surface water did not improve significantly.From 2011 to 2017,except for smoke?powder?dust,the total emissions of SO₂,NO_X,COD and NH₃-N all generally decreased.Through the study of the relationship between economic development and environmental quality in Harbin key development zones,it is found that from 2011 to2017,the harmless treatment rate of urban domestic garbage,the total emissions of smoke?powder?dust and the total emissions of SO₂ were strongly correlated with economic development.The Environmental Kuznets Curve of the industrial structure advanced value and the air quality excellent day ratio,the total emissions of smoke?powder?dust were all N-type,and the former had entered,the latter was about to enter the final rising stage of the N-type curve.From 2011 to 2017,SO₂ and NO_X carrying capacity indexes generally decreased,and they had entered the critical overload state in 2017.PM_2.5carrying capacity index increased first and then decreased,and had been overloaded state or severely overloaded state.Water environmental carrying capacity comprehensive evaluation index increased year by year.The degree of coordinated development of industrial structure and ecological environment generally decreased.From 2018 to 2020,the proportion of added value of the primary and secondary industries decreased year by year,and the tertiary industry increased year by year.The total emissions of SO₂ and NO_X decreased year by year,and the total emissions of smoke?powder?dust increased year by year,and all three living sources of emissions increased year by year.Based on the results of the full text research,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the economic development and environmental quality quality in Harbin key development zones from the perspective of industrial structure optimization,pollution emissions control and environmental management.
