The chemical industry is an important part of the basic industry,and is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.With the modernization process of China continues to accelerate,the number of chemical projects is increasing.The chemical projects have the characteristics of large project investment,long construction period,multiple fields involved,difficult construction,and high quality requirements.The chemical production has the characteristics of flammable and explosive raw materials,complicated technical routes and harsh production conditions.At present,the risk management of Chinese chemical project construction is in its infancy.During the implementation of chemical projects,there are many risk factors,weak risk awareness and difficult management issues.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to conduct risk management research on chemical projects.Based on the research of risk management at home and abroad,the risk management ideas for chemical production and construction projects were mentioned.The risk management issues of adiponitrile production and construction projects were studied.Firstly,according to the actual situation of the adiponitrile production and construction project,the risks were identified by the checklist method,the brainstorming method and the expert investigation method.And the capital risk,the market risk,the cost risk,the technical risk,the schedule risk,the HSE risk and the quality risk were qualitatively analyzed.Then the risk assessment of the adiponitrile production and construction project was carried out through the analytic hierarchy process.It was found that the main risk factors of the adiponitrile production and construction project were the schedule risk,the technical risk,the HSE risk and the quality risk.Among them,the risk probability of the schedule risk and the technical risk is high,the risk probability of risk loss is medium.The risk probability of quality risk is medium,and the risk loss is high.Although the risk probability of HSE risk is low,the risk loss caused is high.Finally,according to the risk evaluation result and the specific situation of the adiponitrile production and construction project,the risk response plans were formulated for the different risks,and the idea of digital risk management was offered.The innovation of this article is embodying a complete set of risk management plan for adiponitrile production and construction projects,and highlighting the application of analytic hierarchy process in the risk assessment of chemical production and construction projects.In this paper,the risks of the project were evaluated by the probability of risk and loss of risk.The refining risk evaluation results and reducing risk evaluation errors will provide more reliable data for project risk response.Regarding the risk response of adiponitrile production and construction projects,a digital management approach was proposed to deal with project risks,providing a reference for risk management research on related chemical production and construction projects.
