Research On The Outsourcing Of Hoisting Machinery's Technical Inspection Service In Safety Supervision Station Of WZ District

This article focuses on the research of the outsourcing of hoisting machinery's technical inspection service in Building Engineering Safety Supervision Center of WZ district,analyzing the background,pattern and effects of its operation.Through deep analysis on the necessity and feasibility of this technical inspection service outsourcing,we may find difficulties in practice,then we can find the direction of safety supervision and service outsourcing in building engineering,solving the problems in most of the government's public service outsourcing activities.And this research may provides reference for professional technical inspection service outsourcing or other public service outsourcing practice in other places of the country.Firstly,this article introduces the general situation of public service outsourcing,including the theoretical study of public services outsourcing of experts and scholars at home and abroad,the development and realistic situation of our country's governmental public service outsourcing,the current exploration situation in service outsourcing of building engineering safety supervision as well.Secondly,a brief introduction is given to the related situations of WZ District Housing Construction Bureau safety supervision station and the safety inspection field of building hoisting machinery.the background and significance of outsourcing in building crane safety inspection service can be comprehended.This paper deeply analyzes service outsourcing of construction crane safety inspection in WZ District Safety Supervision Station,from the decision-making,process management,supervision and evaluation in all aspects to make a systematic study of service outsourcing.At the same time,through questionnaires and interviews with general line safety supervision staff,construction personnel and service outsourcing service providers,this article try to find the problems and difficulties insafety supervision,and also the benefits of outsourcing project.A comprehensive assessment of service outsourcing in WZ district safety supervision station construction crane safety inspection will be given in this article.Finally,this paper try to further improve and perfect this service outsourcing of WZ District Safety Supervision Station of construction crane safety inspection,giving suggestions from the standard contract,reducing corruption,improving evaluation.I hope more places in more areas can adopt appropriate outsourcing mode according to the actual situation,and constantly improve safety supervision level in building construction area.
