Post-occupancy Evaluation Of Built Environment And Replanning In The Golden Yan'an Of The Holy Land Valley

At present,the construction of small towns in our country has sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain.With the arrival of the 40 th anniversary reform and opening up,some obvious progress has been made,especially some historic and cultural cities which pay more attention to the urban context.The construction of small towns has become a very important link in the development of the city.However,various problems existing in the actual planning,design and use process seriously affect the healthy development of small towns.Post-occupancy evaluation of built environment is an important link in the complete chain of architectural design and theoretical research,reflecting the core idea of cybernetics feedback principle.The Post-occupancy evaluation is a necessary procedure for architects to find out the success or failure of the design scheme.The key lies in the user's evaluation of the building and its environment.The subject of this study is to make a special study on the small towns of the golden Yanan as a case,focusing on the condition of the construction of the first phase of the first phase of the golden Yanan town.First of all,through the research on the theory and method of the evaluation of the built environment,we know the purpose,the object,the object,the standard,the method,the level,the step and the evaluation index,and the common methods of data collection.Then through the relevant literature research extraction and field research and acquisition methods to obtain the preliminary evaluation index factors of the built environment of the golden Yanan,and then through the screening and screening after the expert consultation,the finalevaluation index set is set up,and the weight of each index is analyzed.On the basis of the evaluation index set,a special study on the post use evaluation of the small towns in the golden Yanan is carried out.The quantitative full meaning evaluation results and the qualitative spatial use are obtained through the statistical analysis,the user behavior observation and the participatory experience of space use after the further field investigation.The final evaluation results were obtained after quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis.Finally,through the summary of the evaluation results after the construction of the environment in the golden Yanan,the useful information feedback obtained from the Post-occupancy evaluation of the South Street is applied to the planning scheme of the same type project in the follow-up project of the golden Yanan.It plays a definite guiding role in the North Street project of the two phase of the golden Yanan project,thus realizing the cycle from the post-occupancy evaluation to the planning and design.
