With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the aerospace science and technology level gradually reflects a country's comprehensive national strength,which is also able to provide effective protection for national security and provide an effective for the maintenance of national security guarantee.Compared to the developed countries,the development of space science and technology in our country lags far behind to other country.There is a certain gap in the whole technical level between China and the West,especially in the science and technology research management.According to the particularity of the project,the aerospace science and technology groups cooperating with the university institutes always concentrate on the project resource allocation,the project work nodes,and the reasonable coordination between the project teams,which will be able to ensure the smooth progress of the project within the stipulated time node.The development of the research on the aerospace research projects in our country is restricted all the time by many international aerospace technology groups.The specific characteristics of the spatial science project in china including the short development period,the high quality requirements,the shortage of internal resources in space industry,the unpredictable difficulty of the project development process and etc.Therefore,it is important to grasp the ability of rationally allocating project resources,developing project nodes and dealing with unpredictable difficulty in the processing for the project management and leader.Based on the current research and development of space environment of the project,in order to achieve controlling the project schedule through the effective control method,shorten project development cycle,and improve the efficiency of project development.The content of this study is divided into three parts.Firstly,summarize the development and current situation of the progress control of the domestic and international space project,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing progress control methods and the analysis of project progress control theory and application.Put forward the practical problems of the progress control of R&D project of W motor servo system of aerospace combined with the development of China's space project special environment.And discuss on the advanced flight project schedule control method to study the feasibility of key route method in space project schedule control.Secondly,according to the W mechanical and electrical servo system in the aerospace enterprise R&D project specific indicators,analyze the W project workload and duration requirements detailed,construct the W project research group management target system and plan the project progress management for detailed decomposition and schedule.According to the actual situation,it shorts the duration for the purpose of the key route for the W project progress control research.And then research on a new method of progress control based on the baseline comparison and progressive forward line,analyze the feasibility of the method combined with the W project implementation.Thirdly,analyze the problems existing in the progress control of the aerospace W project,explore the causes of the problem and the solutions of the program,put forward perfect measures and apply to the engineering research.Mainly include the analysis of the implementation of the project schedule control measures and put forward the concrete countermeasures from the aspects of team consciousness,implementation principle,information construction and internal management mechanism.
