The PPP project of urban rail transit is a large-scale construction project with a long construction cycle and a large number of participants.The difficulty and complexity of project management is greater than that of general projects.Interface risk exists generally in the process of project implementation.The role of project manager has gradually changed from direct employer to sub-employer.If the construction coordinator based on the package can not correctly identify the existence of the interface risk and evaluate it objectively,it will lead to many problems,and may even lead to the failure of the project.Therefore,the project managers have to focus on the interface risk management of the project subcontracting.Based on this,in order to ensure the standardization and accuracy of the research,on the basis of the combination of practice and theory,this paper chooses the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to conduct a more in-depth study on the issue of interface risk assessment of urban rail transit PPP project,and to control the interface risk and improve the interface risk.The consciousness of management has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the paper reviews and comments the relevant literature from three aspects:interface risk management,risk management and interface management of urban rail transit PPP project,and summarizes the previous studies.Then the paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of urban rail transit PPP project,risk management and interface risk management theory.Meanwhile,the meaning of PPP project interface in urban rail transit and the connotation of PPP project interface risk management in urban rail transit are expounded,and the research perspective of interface risk assessment for PPP project in urban rail transit is explained.In the process of interface risk identification,the interface risk of different subjects is analyzed,and the influencing factors of interface risk of urban rail transit PPP project are identified from four interfaces: contract interface,organization interface,entity interface and environment interface.Secondly,the evaluation index system of urban rail transit PPP project interface risk is constructed.In order to evaluate the interface risk of urban rail transit PPP project scientifically,based on the idea of interface management and according to the principle of interface division,the interface of urban rail transit PPP project is reasonably divided,and the interface management objectives are sorted out.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,this paper preliminarily identifies the influencing factors that lead to interface contradictions,uses questionnaire survey method to screen the indicators in the first step,and uses data reliability analysis to verify the rationality of the data.Finally,R-type clustering analysis is used to screen the influencing factors for the second time to determine the urban rail transit.Affecting factors of each interface risk of PPP project of road traffic,and then combined with risk management theory,the interface risk evaluation index system of PPP project of urban rail transit is constructed.Finally,in the aspect of interface risk assessment,an evaluation model based on ISM-ANP-Fuzzy is constructed.It is difficult to neglect the existence of the relationship between the two indexes because of the complex interrelationship between the interface risk evaluation indicators.It is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the results if the AHP method is used to evaluate the interface risk.Therefore,on the premise of fully considering the correlation among the influencing factors of interface risk,the ISM-ANP method is selected to determine the index weight.Firstly,the ISM(Interpretative Structural Model)method is used to fully explain the relationship between the indexes,and then the ANP(Network Analytic Hierarchy Process)method is used to assign the index weight.For the PPP project of urban rail transit,Fuzzy method is adopted to evaluate the interface risk,and then the risk level of the interface of urban rail transit PPP project can be obtained.Finally,an empirical study of a certain urban rail transit PPP project in QD city is conducted to verify the evaluation model.Scientific and reasonable,and according to the risk assessment results of the interface,specific measures are given in the risk response.
