Recently,a number of provinces and cities in China disclosed the capital construction investment and the major project plans in 2018.The capital construction investment will still constitutes a relatively high scale of investment.At the same time,as a result of the macro-control of the real estate market,some housing construction enterprises have transformed into municipalities.Therefore,for municipal construction enterprises,there are in the same time challenges and opportunities.Whether the enterprises can adapt to the development of the times,optimize the management of enterprises,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,is the cause of the change of the development of municipal enterprises.Recently,a number of provinces and cities in China disclosed the capital construction investment and the major project plans in 2018.The capital construction investment will still make up of a relatively high scale of investment.At the same time,some housing construction enterprises have transformed into municipalities,as a result of the macro-control of the real estate market.Therefore,for municipal construction enterprises,there are both challenges and opportunities.If the enterprises can adapt to the development of the times,optimize the management of enterprises,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,these municipal enterprises must can witness a revolution in their development the cause of the change of the development of municipal enterprises.The purpose of the enterprise is to make profits,and cost management is one of the three goals of project management,which is the basis for the enterprise to make more profits.For the construction enterprises,the construction cost of the project accounts for more than half of their costs,which is the top priority.Aiming at the problems existing in D Construction Company,this paper takes the NF highway construction project built by D Construction Company as the research object,and explores the construction cost management method suitable for D construction company project.This paper mainly includes five parts.Chapter 1 briefly expounds the introduction,the background,goal,significance,research method and research content of the topic.Chapter 2 is the theoretical literature review,which mainly introduces the basic concept and principle of earned value method;Chapter 3 explains the current situation of cost management in D Construction Company and the problems existing in project construction management in previous years.Chapter 4 finds out the impact factors of project construction cost through brainstormingmethod,and then uses focus group interview method to determine the key factors that affect the construction cost of D Construction Company.In addition,it puts forward to solve the construction cost problem of D through earned value analysis in line with resolution methods of key factor analysis;Chapter 5 expounds the practical application of earned value method in NF highway project in detail.Based on the theory and the guidance of practice,the earned value method is applied to carry out the project construction cost management,including the project work structure decomposition,the project construction schedule preparation,the cost plan preparation,and the data calculation and analysis;In Chapter 6,the conclusion is drawn from the research above.Through the study and analysis,it turns out the D Construction Company suffers the cost problem of over expenditure on direct cost of the project,while the key factors with the largest influence on its construction cost the professional ability of project managers and technique directors,construction plan,duration of projects.Through the in-depth analysis of the key factor,it is put forward to solve the problem of construction cost through earned valued analysis.The cost management method coordinates progress and management.Through its application on NF project,we found that earn valued management raised a higher requirement for the project managers and staffs at other positions,and delivers a deeper understanding of the cost component of project,ensure the accuracy of the construction plan,and provide the work at the later stage with an more effective theoretical guarantee;the progress of the project and the gathering management of cost is also obviously improved,so as to monitor the actual cost and progress of project in a more direct and effective manner and to make it to take more targeted measure to solve the problems in the projects.For D Construction Company,the application of earned value management method not only plays a role in controlling the construction cost of the project,but also improves the whole project management system and enterprise management model of the project and the company itself.
