| The construction phase of the construction project is the largest investment stage in the construction process,and it is also the key stage of the conversion of money capital into the building entity.Because the forming process of building entity is irreversible,in the construction stage,it is very important for the whole project to control the project cost effectively and reasonably.In most of the previous construction cost control management,most construction units pay more attention to the audit of the completion settlement cost,while ignoring the control of the cost process,resulting in overinvestment and cost out of control.Under this background,this paper takes the Nanchang university building project as an example,according to the basic theory of the determination and control of project cost in construction stage of construction project,select one of the most representative of the theory of dynamic management--the "earned value method" as the main dynamic cost control method,analysis of construction project cost control and management of the problem and on the basis of.Specifically,the main content of this study includes the following points.This paper briefly describes the background of the research,defines the purpose and significance of the research,then outlines the relevant research results of dynamic cost control at home and abroad,and based on that,determines the content and scope of the research and constructs the research technology route.Second,this paper summarizes the existing construction cost dynamic control principle and method,which provides the basic theory support for the thesis research.Third,elaborated the characteristics of the cost in the construction stage,and then analyzed the main factors that influence the cost of the construction phase and the key points of the dynamic control,and found out the reasons for the deviation in the construction stage.Fourth,taking a school’s new campus construction as an example,we use earned value method to analyze the dynamic control of construction cost in the construction stage,and realize the application of dynamic control principle in the cost management field at the stage of project implementation.The case study results show that in the process of implementation of the project,to make full use of method of dynamic cost control,the implementation of layers of control project construction program,to ensure that the project cost does not exceed the approved investment quota,realize the effective dynamic project construction phase cost control,and ultimately achieve the conservation of resources,controlling the project investment effect.Fifth,the paper puts forward the dynamic control and management measures aiming at the reason of the cost deviation and the application of the control method in the construction stage.Finally,the main conclusions of the research are summarized and analyzed,and the future research is prospected. |
