Environmental and energy issues are common problems facing the world.New energy vehicles have been recognized as one of the development directions of automobiles in the future due to their energy saving and environmental protection,and have become the objects of support and cultivation by various countries."Made in China 2025" has listed new energy vehicles among the top ten key development areas,and explicitly proposes to continue to increase support for the new energy vehicle industry.With the strong support of the government,China new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly,but there are still some deficiencies,such as the imbalance between the automobile and charging piles,the relatively backward research and development of core technologies,the lack of core technical personnel,and the imperfect government financial support policies.Based on the above background,the author first combed the research status of the development of new energy automobile industry at home and abroad through consulting a large number of documents.Secondly,it systematically summarizes the diamond model theory and the system dynamics theory needed in this research,analyzes the development status of new energy automobile industry at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and existing problems in the development of new energy automobile industry in China.Then,based on the theoretical framework of diamond model,the factors influencing the development of China's new energy automobile industry are explored in detail from six dimensions of factor conditions,demand conditions,related industries and pillar industries,enterprise strategic structure and peer competition,opportunities and government.Four subsystems of capital investment,technology investment,talent investment and market demand are constructed by using system dynamics model,and they are coupled into a complete new energy automobile industry development system.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper explores the mutual influence between various factors and how they promote the development of China's new energy automobile industry.Research shows that government industrialization investment and government procurement are more important for industrial development in the near future.In the long run,technological research and development,infrastructure construction,personnel training and preferential tax rates can play a longer-term role.The government should focus on industrial investment and procurement in the early stage of industrial development,thus speeding up infrastructure construction and research and development.In the medium and long term,the government should reasonably adjust preferential tax rates and formulate more perfect promotion policies to guide the rapid and healthy development of the new energy automobile industry.New energy automobile enterprises should increase capital investment in product research and development,and encourage and guide enterprise technicians to learn from world-class peers.
