Application Research Of Mobile Substation In Hohhot Power Supply Bureau

The rapid growth of Hohhot's economic construction,the increasing number of users of heavy-duty electricity consumption,and the continuous increase of load density have put forward higher requirements for the reliability and continuity of power supply.At the same time,the original conventional substation is also facing different degrees of technological transformation,and the rate of equipment transformation involved in the renovation process is as hiOh as 100%.All secondary equipment needs to be replaced as well,resulting in a large workload,a short construction period and high construction difficulty.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and solve the problem of temporary power supply,China has carried out research and application on mobile substations.The mobile substation realizes the movement by means of the vehicle,and has the advantages of convenient transportation,compact structure and quick installation.It is an urgent task for Hohhot Power Supply Bureau to put the mobile substation into operation as soon as possible and to develop a suitable application plan.This paper first introduces the various technologies of mobile substation,including 110kV power distribution equipment,transformers,10-35kV box switch station and relay protection devices.The combination of key technologies ensures the stable and reliable operation of mobile substation.This paper designs the application scheme of mobile substation in Hohhot Power Supply Bureau and its components.The substation consists of two cars and four modules.The main wiring design of the mobile substation includes a 110kV side main wiring and a 10-35kV side main wiring.When selecting the main equipment,the size specifications of each equipment were designed in detail according to traffic regulations.The specification requirements for the structure and wiring of the substation are put forward.Finally,the functions that the designed substation can realize are introduced in detail,which has practical reference value.Based on the above design,the application situation of the mobile substation in the 110kV racecourse substation of Hohhot Power Supply Bureau is introduced At the end of this paper.The detailed information such as the capacity,wiring and wiring diagram of the mobile substation are given.In the implementation of the transfer,the first and second reconnection schemes are described in detail.Pre-preparation work and safety precautions are also essential to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mobile substations.The mobile substation designed in this paper can solve the problem of user power supply reliability caused by various power demand changes,power facilities damage caused by natural disasters or human factors.The related research in this paper enriches the operation and maintenance technology of mobile substation,and it has guiding significance for improving the operation level of mobile substation.
