| With increased national power grid construction,improving power engineering project management,the quality of electric power engineering,cost,schedule management demand is higher and higher,the traditional substation project construction have been unable to meet the requirements of electric power reform and development.In recent years,the promotion development and application of prefabricated technology and BIM technology are gradually mature.This paper,by combining the BIM technology and prefabricated technology with the traditional substation project management mode in the power engineering system,explores the substation project fine management,and selects a topic for the future development and application of substation projects in xinjiang,which has practical significance and engineering reference value.Through the 110 kV substation project,BIM technology and prefabricated assembly technology are applied to the project management in the whole life cycle of the project in the stages of feasibility study planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance.After the addition of BIM technology,the overall review process in the feasibility study stage can be reduced by 1-2 months,greatly reducing the input of human resources such as technology,budget and cost,and improving work efficiency.Design phase based on BIM technology of prefabricated substation through model analysis,achieved the professional work together,to evaluate the overall substation analysis,makes the design conforms to the actual engineering;Construction stage by using the overall information data model to realize BIM4 D,BIM5D analysis,reasonable analysis field,distribution of material stack location,dynamic construction process simulation,process,construction technology,to complete the online instruction training,according to the progress of the preparation,reasonable arrangement of purchasing,safety training and so on,to realize the fine management of science;In the operation and maintenance stage,this model can be used to see all the recorded information.In the case of visual simulation,the relative position relationship between the equipment in each building can be clearly seen,so as to reduce the risk of data loss and avoid the cumbersome and difficult problem of finding files.Finally,the balanced scorecard is used to analyze the actual application results of the project,and the factors that have the most significant impact on the benefits of the project are obtained,which will help the future project construction to achieve the cost control of the construction period and create green high-quality projects. |
