Project schedule risk management is a comprehensive and comprehensive risk management work based on the construction schedule plan determined in the construction design of the construction project to ensure the smooth construction of the project.Strengthening project schedule risk management in the construction of engineering projects and introducing advanced international project schedule risk management theories and methods have important economic value for both project contractors and contractors.The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific and effective method to improve the project schedule risk management level through the in-depth research and analysis of the progress risk management process of the XX construction project,so as to promote the progress risk management of the XX construction project.The role,in order to improve the efficiency of XX construction project development work,to ensure that the project delivered on time.It mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the XX construction project progress risk evaluation index system,and determines the weight of each level of the project progress risk evaluation system.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project schedule risk was carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with expert scoring to report the progress risk of XX construction project.The final value of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is 38.63%,which indicates that the progress risk of the XX construction project is at the general risk level,so this work can be executed as scheduled,and the schedule risk can be effectively supervised in a timely manner,so that the project schedule risk can be effectively avoided.According to the evaluation results,in order to minimize the project schedule risk,this paper puts forward the overall coping strategies of project schedule risk aversion,containment and risk transfer.The progress deviation in the construction process of XX construction project is determined by establishing the project progress risk control and deviation correction management system and comparing the progress of the cross section chart.Make clear the key points of risk prevention and control of XX construction project in the project decision-making stage,project design stage,project bidding stage,project implementation stage and project completion acceptance stage.In order to avoidand prevent the occurrence of schedule risk on the whole.Conduct irregular dynamic and regular progress review of the project,timely find the progress risk points,and then put forward effective solutions,so as to ensure the smooth completion and delivery of the project.
