Research On Development Strategy Of LX Company

Strategy is like a compass guiding the future development of enterprises,strategic management is like the steering rudder of controlling the direction.With the development of technology and economy,the competition among the same enterprises is increasing day by day.If a company wants to develop in the market competition,then making a set of complete development strategy is particularly important.The research object of this paper is LX company,this company mainly runs the businesses such as maritime international container's loading and unloading at port,sea and railway transport,warehousing,storage,dismantling and other container-related business.This paper aims to find out the future development strategy of LX company and make practical development strategy through analysis.Firstly,this paper used PEST analysis method,from the macroscopic view to analyze the current politics,economy,social and technological environment of LX.Then established the five-force model used to evaluate for competitiveness of the industry of company.Then started from the analysis of company's internal resources to have a detailed analysis for the LX's employees,finance,information,management and so on.On the basis of establishing the core competitiveness of the company,SWOT analysis method was used to classify the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises in the competitive environment and the opportunities and threats in the development.According to the company's strategy to make principles,which clear the strategic mission and strategic objectives of company,and further decomposed the target,developed the goal for next three years on LX company finance,customers,processes,staff growth and other indicators of the target.This paper analyzed the strategic position of LX Company by using SWOT analysis and SPACE matrix,and determined the strategic choice of the company's defensive strategy.Finally,according to the company's future strategic objectives,the company's future development strategy to develop specific measures,combined with the status quo of the company to prove that these measures are feasible.
