The economic structure of our country is constantly transformed.The overall domestic economy is also steadily growing with rising momentum.Affected by urbanization,the pace of China's economic market is also accelerating.Accompanied by the positive impact on the development of the real estate industry.The process of urbanization has brought about an expansion of the market,which has led to the emergence of a large number of real estate companies.It has also enabled a group of real estate companies with unique characteristics and high competitiveness in the industry to make more Contributions.Due to the short development time of China's real estate,most of the real estate industry is not very standardized and the price is more arbitrary.Excessive profit margins have also led to the government's repeated introduction of policies to macro-control real estate,which has made the development and crisis of the real estate industry a hot spot.We generally believe that controlling costs is mainly to maximize profits.At present,after a long-term development of the industry,the development of real estate projects has entered a relatively mature period,and the competition of major real estate companies for the market is also increasingly fierce.In order to ensure adequate cash and increase project profits,developers have also increased their emphasis on cost control.This article first reviews the domestic and foreign research on the control of real estate project development costs,and elaborates the related theories of real estate project development cost control.Then the Yiwu Rose Garden project was taken as a specific research object,and a detailed analysis was made on the cost control measures in the development of the Rose Garden project and the current status and problems of the cost control development in the real estate industry in China.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given from the pre-development stage,development stage and marketing stage.It is hoped that by studying the research on the development cost control of the Yiwu Rose Garden project,more effective control of real estate project development costs can be achieved.In order to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises,ensure that real estate companies can adapt to the current real estate market trends and take the lead,provide reference for other real estate companies,and provide some reference for relevant research.
