Sustainable Development Research Of Cen Tianhe Reservoir Immigrants

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should stimulate the creativity and vitality of the whole society.And we should make efforts to achieve the development which should be higher quality,more efficient,fairer and more sustainable.With the rapid development of national economy and the booming of hydropower industry,reservoir resettlement is the key link,whether proper resettlement or sustainable development is directly related to the success or failure of Water Conservancy project.At present,the reservoir resettlement processes more emphasis on high quality,has gradually shifted from the previous policy-oriented immigrants," Emphasis on relocation,light resettlement" to the sustainable development,not only need to "move",but also to achieve "stable,can get rich." Therefore,the development and implementation of a series of post-compensation policy support measures,The short board filled immigration development,immigrants make to restore even more than the previous standard of living,not only whether the success of the resettlement work reflects,but also about the ten million immigrant families and their offspring yearning for a better life can be met.Under such conditions and background,this paper focuses on the sustainable development of reservoir immigrants.Firstly,based on the theoretical research and practical experience on the sustainable development of immigrants at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research ideas of this article.Secondly,through the introduction of Cen tianhe Project situation and resettlement compensation situation,the particularity of the local immigrant structures,evaluation index system of sustainable development of reservoir immigrants,and the use of fuzzy matter-element method for sustainable situation in Hunan Cen Tianhe reservoir resettlement conduct empirical research.Finally,based on the analysis results,the author sums up the problems and causes of the sustainable development of migrants,and made Stable foundation and long-term development recommendations,so as to ensure the sustainable development of Cen tianhe reservoir immigrants.
