This article takes the revolving mechanism of the grenade launcher as the research object,summarizes the research status of relevant weapons at home and abroad,analyzes the technology development trend,and proposes a barrel-recumbent revolving revolving barrel for the current status of the low initial velocity and low radio frequency of domestic grenade launchers In the technical scheme,three "herringbone" curved groove revolving mechanisms were designed,and the three-dimensional model of the revolving mechanism was established using the three-dimension design software UG.After simplifying the UG model and importing it into ADAMS,a virtual prototype of the revolving mechanism was constructed.After adding constraints and load conditions,the three revolving mechanisms were simulated under the conditions of launching low and high initial velocity grenade,and the counter rotation Optimization of the curved groove of the bore mechanism.Use the finite element analysis software WORKBENCH to analyze the main parts of the revolving mechanism.The results show that the low-velocity grenade and high-velocity grenade Type I and Type II revolving mechanisms have low RF,which does not meet the design requirements;the high-velocity grenade III revolving mechanism tends to stabilize at the 11 th round,with a maximum RF of 1200 Sends / minute,meet the design requirements.The design scheme of the proposed revolving mechanism is feasible and reasonable in structure,which can improve the radio frequency of the grenade launcher,and has certain reference value for the research of new automatic grenade launchers.The innovation of this paper is: combine the grenade launcher with the way of rotating chamber to improve the radio frequency;design the high initial velocity grenade and the barrel,so that the initial velocity of the projectile can reach 406.28 m/s;design three kinds of "herringbone" curve grooves with different shapes.Through the comparison and simulation,the third kind of rotary mechanism with curved groove is selected,and its firing rate can reach 1200 rounds / min,which has certain reference value for the research of new automatic grenade launcher.
