Energy transfer outside the paper tube grenade launcher as the research object,in overall plan feasibility and analysis,this paper briefly introduces the research status at home and abroad related weapons and working principle,analyses the conditions can be moved in the cartridge in the chamber,on the basis of this puts forward the overall scheme of the transmitter,among them,the automatic way USES the new type of freedom of the bolt-tubular composite automatic way.According to the overall plan,the main parts were designed in detail using CAXA of 3D design software,and the whole assembly was completed.According to the modeling principle of ADAMS software,the 3D model simplified into ADAMS simulation of the actual working process of the virtual prototype model was set up,add constraint and load conditions,through the simulation analysis of motion artifacts of the launcher motion characteristic parameters,and the corresponding analysis,test and verify the reliability of the transmitter action agencies,provide the basis for structure design optimization of the structure.Using the finite element analysis software of ABAQUS,the key parts and machine box body tube group modal vibration mode analysis,further verified the rationality of the design of key parts,at the same time,according to the simulation results for the structure optimization to improve.This paper applies a new type of composite automatic way,on the structure of the grenade launcher design for the design of new grenade launcher provides a new train of thought,which has some reference value.
