With the national attention to water resources,the policy of one household with one meter is implementing,the water companies and users are increasingly demanding intelligent water meters.The sustainable development of intelligent water meters requires more new technologies which supports the management of water resources use by water companies and users.The design of this paper is based on the design of current water meter,using Bluetooth technology to achieve data acquisition and transmission.With STM8L Series MCU as object,this thesis studies the connection and integration of STM8L152 as the core processor and Bluetooth module of CC2541 to realize the function of water meter.The main contents of this paper include:1.According to the national standard,verification regulation and market demand of water meter,the technical parameters of Bluetooth RF card controller are determined.The function characteristics of Bluetooth 4.0 are introduced.The hardware design and software function of Bluetooth water meter controller are completed.2.The peripheral circuit and Bluetooth module of the controller are studied one by one.The selection of each functional circuit and the hardware design are discussed in detail,and the integration of each functional module is completed.According to the structure requirement,the drawing of PCB is completed.3.Referring to the controller requirements,the software implementation process of measurement,switch valve,voltage detection,RF card operation modules is described in detail,and the software design of each functional module is completed.Bluetooth module initialization process and Bluetooth data interaction mechanism are designed,and Bluetooth communication application layer protocol is customized to achieve better real-time and power control of Bluetooth communication.4.For each function of the controller,corresponding test schemes are designed to test the performance of the software and hardware of each functional module,and to achieve the complete performance delivery of the controller.5.The reliability and security of the controller are studied and analyzed.The power-off protection of the chip and the overall protection of the controller are studied,and the power consumption of the controller system is analyzed.Through the above research,the long-term stable operation of the controller is guaranteed.In this paper,the functions of the controller have been successfully realized,and the power consumption and performance of the controller have been tested.The Bluetooth water meter controller in this paper has the characteristics of easy operation,low power consumption,low cost and timely data interaction.It satisfies the user's demand for real-time operation status information query of the water meter,improves the user's experience of using the water meter,and lays a foundation for the subsequent water meter operation company to carry out large data analysis.
