With the development of the information age and the diversification of teaching models, informal learning activities such as mobile learning and fragmented learning have gradually become an important "social-space" phenomenon, and have gradually become a trend. With the popularization of higher education, the pressure on college education resources is increasing, and the resources for indoor informal learning environments are limited. The transformation of the use of informal learning in outdoor open spaces on campus is particularly important.Based on the relevant theories and research overviews of environmental behavior, informal learning behavior, and campus open space, this study establishes an evaluation and analysis system for the use of informal learning in the open space of the campus Content, and select the university campus of Beijing College Road University Concentration Area as a specific case, through the combination of open data and traditional questionnaires, evaluate and analyze the use of informal learning in the open space on the campus, and explore the use of informal learning The general law of characteristics, and quantitative analysis of the factors that affect its use of informal learning,so as to propose corresponding updates to the improvement of the use of informal learning in traditional campus open spaces. The informal learning use evaluation system of the campus open space is constructed based on postuse evaluation, including objective characteristics of time, crowd aggregation and utilization characteristics, and subjective satisfaction evaluation, and comprehensive analysis of open space General characteristics used in informal learning. After investigating and analyzing the informal use of open space on the campus of the college campus in Beijing College Road University, the following characteristics were found:(1)In terms of time of use, informal learning is mainly used in the evening, and it is used more on weekdays. However,it is used less in the morning and evening hours.(2)In terms of aggregation degree, utilization degree and satisfaction, the usage of each open space can be divided into four categories. One is the open space with more balanced indicators.Among the activity squares, there are generally more independent rest units, while the leisure green space Generally, there are table and chair combination facilities;second,low-aggregation and high-use open space, which is generally located in the teaching area, and lack of table-chair combination leisure facilities;third,low-use and high-gathering open space, with an average distance The student dormitory is relatively close, and most of them are large square spaces.Fourth, the open space with a low level of aggregation and utilization is dominated by China University of Mining and Technology and Beijing Language and Culture University. In this study, the analysis system of influencing factors for the use of informal learning on campus open space is constructed based on Maslow 's hierarchy theory of needs, including quantifying factors including form, landscape, function, and transportation.Formal learning uses characteristic indicators for analysis, and it is found that greening coverage has the greatest impact on informal learning use, which is a negative correlation.Secondly, the richness of facilities in the venue, the density of surrounding student dormitories, canteen catering buildings, and catering services,as well as the density of POI facilities for business and supermarket services all have a significant effect on the use of informal learning. In addition, the smaller the interface enclosure, the more open the space, the higher the degree of informal learning crowd gathering, and generally open spaces with a higher enclosure are mainly for communicative learning.
