Application Research Of Knowledge Management In PMC Engineering Project Management

At present,the application of knowledge management has spread all over people’s life and work,and has formed their own management system and system structure in many fields.Thus,to a certain extent,it shows that knowledge management has great value and unique role in the field of management.At the same time,the PMC project has been popularized and applied in social practice projects.With the increasing scale and complexity of the PMC project,many problems have arisen in the management of the PMC project.In the past ten years,domestic scholars have begun to study the application of knowledge management in project management.Many scholars’ research mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the methods,techniques,and knowledge management of project management.There is little research on the systematic,specific,and individual characteristics of knowledge management applications for PMC engineering projects.This makes the value of knowledge management limited in the PMC project practice,there are organizations value of coordination,insufficient application of the problem.Firstly,this chapter analyzes the knowledge management and PMC project management theory and basic concepts.Secondly,this chapter analyzes the problems existing in PMC project management,the problems to be solved by PMC project introduction knowledge management,the necessity of PMC project introduction knowledge management,and the practicality of PMC project application knowledge management.Thirdly,this chapter constructs the application model and evaluation indexof knowledge management in PMC project,including two models of application model(PMC project knowledge management system model and PMC project knowledge value chain model)and PMC project knowledge management evaluation index.Finally,the analysis of the application of knowledge management in PMC project management includes the case profile,the application of knowledge management in PMC project management,and the evaluation of the application of knowledge management.Based on the knowledge management system and the knowledge value chain,this paper constructs a specific PMC project application model to study and solve the existing problems in PMC project management,which helps to systematize and systematize PMC project management,and combines the value of PMC project and the application of knowledge value.The evaluation index of knowledge management application of PMC project is formulated,which can provide some reference significance for the research of PMC project management in the future,and promote the improvement of the level and efficiency of PMC project management.
