Study On The Protection Process Of Traditional Dwelling In Xi'an Mingcheng District

Traditional residence is a precious heritage of all mankind,Xi'an is a national historical and cultural city,while traditional residence,as the most widely distributed historical and cultural heritage in the city,is an integral part of the protection system of historical and cultural city,and also a historical miniature of traditional living life.Although the protection system of Xi'an historical and cultural city is gradually improving,and the protection of traditional houses is also gradually developing,but the traditional houses are still disappearing.How to explore the protection of traditional houses in the new era through a dynamic review of the protection process is one of the problems faced by the current research on the protection of traditional houses.This paper selects the traditional dwellings in the city wall area of Xi'an Ming Dynasty,records and comments on the changes in the protection process of traditional dwellings in the city area of Xi'an Ming Dynasty,summarizes the experience and lessons,and discusses the solutions to the existing problems in the protection of traditional dwellings through the analysis of the protection process.First of all,it is to sort out the evolution and formation of the traditional houses in the Ming City of Xi'an.Through the introduction of the shape characteristics and timespace evolution process of the traditional houses in the Ming City of Xi'an,it summarizes the protection subject and historical and cultural value of the traditional houses in the Ming City of Xi'an.Secondly,according to the background of Xi'an's economy,urban development and the protection system of Xi'an's historical and cultural city architectural heritage,the paper divides the protection and development process of traditional residential buildings in Xi'an's Mingcheng District: the origin of protection(1949-1982),the exploration of protection(1982-2006),the development period of protection(2006 to now),and analyzes the protection under the social background of each stage The change of laws and regulations,protection scope and measures,and the change of protection history are reflected with existing examples,and the protection characteristics of each stage are summarized.Then,based on the summary of the current situation of traditional residential protection through the chart,and according to the classification of the current situation of protection,select the analysis of typical protection examples,according to the protection process of traditional residential in Ming City of Xi'an,carry on the case analysis of traditional residential,compare the overall protection status of traditional residential,and summarize the existing problems of traditional residential protection and the factors of protection failure.Finally,according to the comparative analysis of the status quo and protection process of the traditional residential buildings in the Ming City area of Xi'an,the paper puts forward the protection concept of maintaining the Aboriginal people in the residential life,and puts forward the protection strategies of the traditional residential buildings in the Ming City area of Xi'an,which are classified protection,establishing the property protection system and refining the legal provisions.The purpose of this paper is to sort out and summarize the development,evolution and characteristics of the protection of traditional residential buildings in Xi'an and Mingcheng District,clarify the key and existing problems of the protection of traditional residential buildings in Mingcheng District,and put forward corresponding protection strategies.
