Design And Implementation Of Aviation Machining Workshop Management System Based On MES

Currently,with the rapid development of information technology,manufacturing,the sophistication of aerospace product and the prolonged cycle of production,the deficiencies of traditional workshop management methods have increasingly becoming evident.Under this background,the machining workshop,the management system of which can better coordination between the management departments and the production departments should be designed to solve the above mentioned problems.This project has designed the production management system planning and construction application of the aviation machinery processing workshop.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation machining production of aviation products,the requirements of lean production,the overall objective of system construction machine shop production management was established;overall structure of the system,the planning framework,the software and hardware environment,language of the system were designed;and the final structure of MES machining workshop system was settled.(2)Combed and analyzed various manufacturing data involved in the mechanical processing workshop,designing basic data management function modules;(3)Discussed the design of the planning management,production operation management,quality inspection management,completion management,working hour management and production problem management business module and the system realization effect display in the system,and the key processes for realizing several major functions in the production management system and made a detailed algorithm design for all the above modules.
