As the intelligent power grid becomes the development trend of China's power system,the related technology and equipment have attracted people's attention,especially the smart electricity meter has become the main concern of people.Smart electricity meter is the connection node between power grid management center and users,and it is an important link to realize the basic characteristics of smart grid "information,automation and interaction".Therefore,the development of smart electricity meters not only has an important impact on the development and progress of industries closely related to it,but also has a very important significance for the construction of national smart grid.In the process of the continuous development and evolution of the information system of meter reading,the automatic copy technology of meter reading data arises at the historic moment.The two most important indexes of data cc are accuracy and timeliness,which will not only directly affect the information and specialization level of meter reading system,but also have an important impact on economic benefits and management decisions.The existing manual meter reading and meter reading device can not meet the actual needs more and more.With the continuous development of wireless network technology,Zig Bee technology,which is aimed at the wireless networking requirements of low-cost equipment,is born.It is mainly applied in the fields of automatic detection and control,remote monitoring,building automation,and intelligent home furnishing.It can provide feasible solutions for wireless meter reading.In this paper,the user needs analysis,clear design objectives.The overall design and module design of the system are explained to clarify the key and difficult problems that the system needs to solve,and finally the specific functions of each part of the system are planned.Secondly,the software and hardware of the system are designed.The hardware part includes the hardware selection of Zig Bee network design and node parameter configuration.In the software part,the lower computer software of terminal node,router node and coordinator node is designed to realize Zig Bee networking,routing and datatransmission through serial port.The upper computer software mainly realizes wireless power meter reading,stores the data collected in the previous step into the database and monitors the residents' power theft behavior and urges payment through the statistics of the database.Finally,the test environment of Zig Bee networking was built,and the test of networking,data communication and maximum communication distance was conducted to verify whether the system achieved the expected goal.This topic aims to use the existing cable meter bus technology,and also can solve the cable of problems existing in the automatic meter reading technology,make the system use cost greatly reduced,facilitate maintenance in the future,also enhances the portability,both from the design cost and system stability,has inestimable prospects for development.
