China’s shipbuilding industry started in the 1970 s.At present,the construction technology of China’s shipbuilding industry has a certain competitive advantage in the world and has the capability of independent development.However,due to the late development of China’s shipbuilding industry,there is a big gap between China and the world’s leading shipbuilding countries in terms of technology,shipbuilding quality,construction cycle and project management.As a result,a large amount of manpower,material resources and time are wasted in the shipbuilding process,resulting in a sharp decline in profit margins.Therefore,this paper studies the project schedule management in the construction stage of Qingdao beichuan heavy industry’s 325,000 ton ore carrier,so as to reduce the shipbuilding cost and improve the shipbuilding quality to improve the advantages of China’s shipbuilding industry.This paper is based on the analysis of the problems existing in the project schedule management of the 325000 ton ore ship construction phase of Qingdao Beichuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.Based on this problem,combined with relevant literature,according to dynamic control theory,system theory and information feedback theory,CPM,this paper analyzes the status quo of progress management of 325000 tons of ore ship construction project of Qingdao Beichuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,and concludes that the main problems of progress management of 325000 tons of ore ship project include unscientific planning,inadequate progress control and inadequate risk assessment.According to the problems,the corresponding countermeasures include strengthening the project organization and management,establishing an effective allocation of labor resources,establishing a sound communication mechanism with shipowner ship inspection,strengthening the inspection of materials and equipment.Through the optimization and improvement of planning and schedule control in the project of 325,000 tons ore carrier,the effectiveness of the optimization strategy in the project schedule management has been demonstrated,which provides a certain reference and guiding significance for the follow-up ships of Qingdao beichuan heavy industry in the project schedule management.
