Research On The Comparativeand Development Countermeasures Of The China Railway Express Of Chang'an

With the deep implementation of "the Belt and Road" initiative,a number of international railway transport lines from China to Europe have been opened in China,and the brand of "China Railway Express" and the image and ability of China's land route international logistics have been created internationally.The opening of the “Chang'an” China Railway Express has improved the gathering ability and radiating power of Xi'an inland port,combined a variety of transport modes,reduced logistics costs and promoted customs clearance capacity.As one of the earlier opened freight trains between China and Europe,the “Chang'an”has obvious regional advantages in the central and western regions.In 2019,the“Chang'an” China Railway Express to Central Asia and Central Europe has reached 11 operation lines,basically covered the main sources of goods in Central Asia,the Middle East and Europe,seamlessly connected Australia,New Zealand,the United States and other countries,established the "Sea,Land and Air Network" three-dimensional Silk Road,accelerated the gathering and distribution of Central Asian goods in Shaanxi,and highlighted the role of collection and distribution of goods in the western region.In the current opportunity for Xi'an to seize the “Belt and Road” of national construction,the "Chang'an" China Railway Express should also be actively integrated into the strategic sequence of the national China-EU freight trains,make full use of the advantages of geographical location and policy support,take the initiative to connect the market,gather the source of goods,gather industries,constantly enhance competitiveness,strengthen internal and external cooperation,innovate policies,be determined to reform,and strive to become the largest and most powerful China Railway Express of the western region.According to the basic theory research of China-EU freight trains,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development of “Chang'an” China Railway Express and the development of “Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe” China Railway Express,forms the basic writing idea of this paper,and constructs a fuzzy analytic hierarchymodel through qualitative analysis methods such as interview method and questionnaire survey method,invites experts to mark,makes quantitative calculation,and combines with a certain degree of subjective experience judgment of experts,based on the results of the data and the experience analysis of the experts,this paper calculates and ranks the influencing factors in the competitiveness promotion of the “Chang'an” and “Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe”,and finds out the factors that are most likely to affect the competitiveness of the two China Railway Express.Compared with the analysis of the two places,it is concluded that the “Chang'an”China Railway Express has advantages in natural geographical conditions,traffic location,energy resources and so on,but its informatization degree,unstable international railway transportation environment,insufficient supply of goods in return trip,overall planning,hardware measures and so on still need to be improved.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects: strategy,policy and operation.
