A Study On The Morphological Evolution Of Historical Cultural Space Of Modern Shenyang City Since 1898

Shenyang is a famous historical cultural city,the history of more than 7,200 years has accumulated profound cultural heritage for the city.In the context of the urgent need to improve the quality of space during the transformation of the city and the shaping of the characteristics of historical and cultural cities,how to explore and continue the historical cultural characteristics of the city is the starting point of this study.More than a century since1898 is the fastest period for Shenyang's urban development,and it is also the main period for the formation of the historical cultural space of the city.The historical cultural space is characterized by its diachronicity and synchronicity,and exhibits certain spatial and temporal attributes and structural characteristics in form.Therefore,in order to maintain the healthy development and pattern continuity of urban historical cultural space,it is necessary to objectively and scientifically sort out the evolutionary process of historical cultural space in this period,and to clarify the driving factors and mechanism that affect the evolution of historical cultural space.And take this as an opportunity to provide ideas for the next development of urban historical cultural space.On the basis of understanding the concept and connotation of urban historical cultural space,combined with the existing theories and research methods of urban spatial morphology by scholars,the author proposes the research system of historical and cultural spatial morphology of modern and contemporary Shenyang:Using GIS technology,historical map translation method,graphical analysis method,etc.,to analyze the evolution of the historical cultural space of Shenyang at a macro level.First analyze the morphological characteristics of the historical cultural space in each stage,including the type and distribution of historical and cultural elements,the characteristics of the historical and cultural axis,and the characteristics of the historical and cultural nuclear area,and summarize the dynamic factors that affect their morphological changes;Then,make longitudinal comparisons to explore the rise and fall of historical cultural elements,the adjustment of historical cultural axes,and the transfer of historical cultural nuclear areas,and summarize the evolutionary rules and dynamic mechanisms of the historical cultural space in modern Shenyang.The analysis of the evolution of the historical cultural space morphology of modern Shenyang is based on the analysis of the historical cultural space form of traditional cities.Focus on the morphological changes in the three phases of the rise of modern historical cultural space(A.D1898-A.D1948),the planning and development of historical cultural space after the founding of the PRC(A.D1949-A.D1978),and the protection and updating of historical cultural space in the new era(A.D1979-A.D2010)analysis.The historical cultural space elements of traditional cities show a clear concentric distribution with the palace as the core.The spatial structure of the square-shaped historical cultural axis is a concentratedembodiment of feudal centralized power and a traditional etiquette.The combination of ideas and Nvzhen cultural characteristics.The historical cultural space of modern Shenyang formed a multi-core structural feature under the background of power struggles.The type characteristics of historical and cultural elements and the spatial texture of the historical and cultural nuclear area showed a form of alienation under the collision of Chinese and Western cultures;After the founding of the PRC,the historical cultural morphology of the industrial cities were distributed in groups under the influence of the planned economic system,with strong human characteristics and deep industrial imprints;The protection and renewal of historical cultural space in the new era has received more and more attention.Historical and cultural elements have multiple symbiosis,and the historical cultural space structure has also stabilized.Sorting out the morphological evolution process of modern and contemporary Shenyang's historical cultural space can be summarized as four rules: changes in the function of historical cultural elements dominate the evolution of the form;the historical cultural axis has a strong continuity;the historical cultural nuclear area develops from single to multiple;the overall pattern presents a trend of diversified and symbiotic development.Synthesizing the dynamic factors and effects of historical and cultural spatial forms at various stages,further summarizes the dynamic mechanism that affects the evolution of historical and cultural spatial forms in Shenyang,that is,taking the natural environment as the carrier,leading by political policies,providing support for the urban economy,and transport technology boosting and catalyzing social and cultural influence.Finally,predict and think about the development of Shenyang historical cultural space in combination with the evolution law and dynamic mechanismin.Four strategies are proposed combined with the current status,such as the activation of the elements is insufficient,the axial space features are not obvious,and the nuclear interval is not outstanding.These strategies are to build a multi-level historical cultural spatial planning system,overall regulation to promote the organic integration of ecological and humanities,implantation of cultural catalysts to promote nuclear zone culture and economic progress,and increase social participation to ensure the healthy existence of historical cultural resources.These strategies are provided with a view to bringing beneficial inspiration to the conservation and development of Shenyang's historical cultural space.
