Interest teaching method is a kind of teaching method with rich content,lively studying situation,flexible teaching techniques,aim to arouse students' learning interest,then make them study more actively.Chinese is considered to be the most complex language,because it is difficult to learn.Teaching Chinese with dull teaching methods seems too boring and tired for students.Contemporary scholars generally believe that in the language learning process,if teachers can effectively use interest teaching method,not only good for enlivening the mood,but also make students more motivated and better absorbing.I took the teaching practice for 11 months in South Korea as the basis,according to the guidance of pedagogy,linguistics,second language acquisition theory and other disciplines theory,for the situation that students lack of stamina while learning Chinese,to explore the application of interest teaching method in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.After teaching practice,I found that comparing with traditional teaching method in Korea,Interest teaching method improves students' Chinese score and their interest in Chinese learning,gets the praise of the students in the survey of class satisfaction.However,there are some problems when put this method into practice,such as students' unbalanced participation in group work,students' over-dependence on their mother tongue during discussing and so on.To solve these problems,I put forward some suggestions based on my own teaching experience.
