A Report On Simulative E-C Simultaneous Interpreting Practice Of EZFM-RoundTable

The author selects a radio programme named EZFM-Round Table on October 19,2017 as the material of simultaneous interpreting practice.Based on her interpretation process,she records four parts including interpreting task,process description,analysis on interpretation and conclusion.She also analyzes and records the problems in each part of the interpreting practice,and find out the corresponding countermeasures,which can be of much value for her future interpreting practice.First of all,the practice gives a brief introduction to the interpretation task.Secondly,it describes process of interpreting and records some experience and comments from the three-time simultaneous interpretations.At first,she listens to the material directly without any preparation to know something about the styles and contents of it;then she collects the English text and the study on the words in it.Finally,the simultaneous interpretation is made with translation manuscript on papers.Then,after the simultaneous interpretations,she introduces the assessment of the interpretation practice from her personal view and the views of her peers'.At last,by following her supervisor's advice,she analyzes and summarizes the problems in the course of her interpreting task,and finds out some effective solutions,including addition,ellipsis and interpretation prediction.
