CBI Teaching adopts a close combination of subject knowledge,language learning,and masters language knowledge on the basis of understanding content.According to the theme mode of CBI Teaching,this paper chooses the diet and politeness which are close to life in Chinese culture as the theme content,and takes Korean Chinese learners in China as the teaching object to carry out classroom teaching,so as to achieve the teaching objectives of improving learners' ability to understand Chinese cultural knowledge,to engage in communication in Chinese,and to better adapt to Chinese living environment.Chapter 1: Introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the background of topic selection,the meaning,significance and purpose of CBI Teaching,the research status of CBI Teaching at home and abroad,the domestic research status of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Culture,the research content and research methods of the paper.Chapter 2: CBI teaching overview and its theme model.This paper briefly outlines the connotation,theoretical basis and characteristics of CBI teaching,briefly explains the content of the three modes of CBI Teaching,such as theme,protection and additional mode,and focuses on the analysis of the theoretical basis of this paper,the characteristics of "CBI Theme Model" and the choice of theme materials.Chapter 3: CBI Theme Model and Teaching Chinese Culture as a Foreign Language.This paper briefly describes the objectives and principles of Chinese culture teaching and analyses its current development situation.It also explores the feasibility of introducing CBI theme model into Chinese culture teaching from the perspectives of language and culture,cross-cultural communication,teachers and students.Chapter 4: case analysis.According to the specific teaching objects,the two themes of applying CBI Theme Model are "Chinese diet" and "courtesy and impoliteness".On this basis,the appropriate textbooks are selected and two teaching processes are designed to embody theconcept of CBI Theme Model.Chapter 5: Evaluation and Suggestions.Based on the analysis of the practice of two teaching cases,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of applying CBI Theme Model to the Teaching of Chinese culture as a Foreign Language,and puts forward corresponding teaching suggestions from the perspective of teaching.Chapter 6: Concluding remarks.This paper summarizes the research content and process of the paper,and expounds the application of CBI Theme Model and the design ideas of Teaching Chinese Culture as a Foreign Language.It is hoped that this application research will have certain guiding significance and reference value in the Teaching of Chinese culture as a Foreign Language.
