Translation is a communicative behavior according to Skopostheorie, and the purpose of translation determines the usage of translation strategies.Among the three rules, the skopos rule is the first guiding rule, the coherence rule and fidelity rule are subordinate to the skopos rule.Skopostheorie is highly targeted in guiding non-literary translation. This translation practice selects social science texts, and the use of skopos theory as a theoretical guide can better faithfully and coherently express the information conveyed in the translation. This report takes Skopos theory as the theoretical guidance, combining the characteristics of social science texts, uses Technology Integration and High Possibility Classrooms(Excerpts)as the translation material. After the translation practice, the translator sorted the translation problems appearing in the translation. Then, the translator specifically explains how to choose the appropriate translation strategy for translation under the guidance of Skopostheorie from lexical and syntactic levels. The lexical level mainly uses lexical collocation, word meaning extension, word classes conversion, translation of initialisms and omission strategies. The syntactic level strategies are mainly discussed from the aspects of literal translation, amplification, translation of passive voice, and the conversion of word order, and combining with relevant examples for analysis. Finally, some experience has been gained in this practice. At the same time,as a translation learner, due to lack of experience, her translation skills need to be further improved. The translator hopes this article can provide reference for the learning of social science texts for all translation enthusiasts.
