There are many polysyllabic characters in Chinese characters.Foreign students often make mistakes in learning polysyllabic characters.The learning of polysyllabic characters is one of the difficulties in TCFL.In order to promote the teaching of polysyllabic characters and help foreign students to learn polysyllabic characters better,this paper makes statistics and Analysis on the basic situation of polysyllabic characters in the intermediate comprehensive development of Chinese,makes an in-depth investigation on the learning and mastering of polysyllabic characters by intermediate foreign students,finds out the problems often encountered by intermediate foreign students in learning polysyllabic characters,and finds out the reasons for their misreading And try to put forward some teaching countermeasures.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,related research status and research content and methods.The second chapter mainly from the number,pronunciation,type and other aspects of the intermediate comprehensive textbook "development of Chinese"in the Polyphony collation,statistics and analysis.The third chapter mainly uses the way of questionnaire to investigate the situation of foreign students mastering polysyllabic characters in the intermediate stage.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the causes of errors from the aspects of polysyllabic characters,foreign students,teachers and textbooks.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding teaching countermeasures from three aspects:teachers,students and teaching materials.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
