With the development of economy and information technology,different countries and markets between the exchange of information has reached a new level.There is a rapid increase in the volume of translation,the emergence of a large number of translated works,people put forward higher requirements for the translation of scientific and technological texts.It needs not only the accuracy of translation,but also the timeliness.In order to meet the needs of the market,the computer-aided translation software represented by Trados came into being.The translation materials are from the book SDL Trados Studio--A Practical Guide.The book has a total of eight chapters,from which the fourth to sixth parts of more than10,000 words are selected for analysis and summary.According to Nida's “functional equivalence theory”,this paper discusses how to overcome difficulties in the translation of computer-aided translation texts,including the processing of word meaning selection,the consideration of word formation,the overall grasp of complex sentences and the treatment of texts and put forward the available solutions.Look up the professional dictionary and corresponding parallel texts to determine the meaning of proper nouns;Combine the context of the original text,break through the shackles of part of speech,flexibly change the part of speech,make the expression of the translation more natural;Divide the sentence structure,clarify the logical relationship of the original sentence and adopt the corresponding translation strategy to make the translation more smooth;cohesion and coherence should be used to deal with the text in order to conform proper Chinese meanings.The final part states the reflection and summary and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
