Chinese quantifiers are relatively unique in Chinese.We use them every day,but we don't pay too much attention on them or study on them.It is obscure but essential,so quantifiers are named at the latest in Chinese.In most languages,such as Indo-European languages,quantifiers are lacking.This is an important reason why so many foreign students find quantifiers difficult to learn and use.There is a special part of speech in quantifiers,which make Foreign students often using them incorrectly,that is action-measure words.The author put a total of six volumes of the Yang Jizhou Edition of the Elementary Chinese Course for Foreigners,"Chinese Course","Chinese Proficiency Level Standards and Outlines" and "Modern Chinese Quantifier Usage Dictionary" together,and selected 12 commonly used action-measure words as research objects.The 12 action-measure words were searched in the HSK dynamic composition corpus,and the resulting errors were classified,and then the reasons were summarized.The students of the junior class of the School of International Education of Anhui University and the foreign students of a foreign language college in Kunshan were investigated.Based on the results of the questionnaire,the reasons for the errors in the questionnaire are analyzed,and the corresponding teaching strategies are finally proposed.This paper consists of six chapters in total.The first chapter is the introduction of this article.It introduces the current research background of quantifiers and the purpose and significance of this article.It also reviews the previous papers about the acquisition of action-measure words.The second chapter establishes the research object and corpus source of this article.The author's comprehensive textbook,outline and dictionary selected 12action-measure words as the research object of this article.The third chapter is to search these12 action-measure words in the HSK dynamic composition corpus to find the corresponding error entries,and to classify all the entries according to the four types of errors:omission,mis-addition,mis-generation,mis-order,and then subdivided into small categories according to different types of errors,and analyze the selected typical example sentences.The fourth chapter is to use a questionnaire to conduct a comprehensive survey and analysis of the acquisition of action-measure words for elementary students,which is the corepart of this article.The results of the questionnaire are analyzed in great detail,and the main part of the errors is the foreign students with HSK level 4 in Chinese.The causes of the errors are analyzed from the cognitive and emotional factors of the learners.Chapter 5 on the basis of Chapters 3 and 4,proposes teaching suggestions from teachers and learners.The final chapter of this article is a summary of the research results of this article.To clarify that the innovation of this article is to discover the reasons for the erroneous acquisition of action-measure words from the perspective of learners' subjective factors and the areas that need to be improved in the future.There are many reasons for the erroneous acquisition of action-measure words by foreign students at the elementary stage.For these existing problems,foreign language teachers should be summed up and reflected in time to help learners lay a solid foundation in the study of verbs at the elementary stage.
