Concerning The Role Of Social Organizations In Public Crisis Management In Jiangsu Province As An Example

When human came to the world,they faced up with many kinds of public crisis.Especially since the 21 st century,all kinds of public crisis occurred frequently,seriously affecting the human security and social stability.How to effectively cope with the crisis has become an important subject of building a harmonious society.The modern government is difficult to effective comprehensive governance of public crisis.Enterprise to profit as the priority,however,not too much involved in the public crisis management.Facts proved that the social organizations being in response to public crisis has played a positive role,become a more and more active strength.Accordingly,to social organizations make full development space,can let all show its social organization,is the necessary way to the society as a whole deal with public crisis.Based on the above analysis,this paper summarizes domestic and foreign relevant social organizations in the role of participation in public crisis management,on the basis of research on the perspective of social development in Jiangsu province,using literature analysis,comparative analysis,comprehensive analysis tools such as theory,systematically in public crisis management of Jiangsu province analyzes the role of social organizations to participate in the study.This paper on the public crisis management of social organizations to participate in relevant theories are reviewed,made certain theoretical groundwork for further research.On this basis,through the detection of Jiangsu public crisis management in the present situation to analyze the reason,pointed out in the public crisis ma nagement in Jiangsu social organizations to participate in the necessity and feasibility.And through the analysis of public crisis management of social organizations participate in study abroad experience,for the Jiangsu public social organizations involved in crisis management in order to provide the beneficial reference.On this basis,combining with the actual situation of China and Jiangsu,from the government,social organization and social three angles,to explore suitable for China's national conditions,conducive to the development of Jiangsu public crisis management of social organizations to participate in the path,so as to promote social organization in public crisis management in Jiangsu fully effective participation,and then to other provinces and even the whole country's public crisis management provides a good example.
