Research On The Logistics Management Based On The Theory Of Governance

The logistics management is an important part of the administration and the administration of the party and government organs.It is very important to study the logistics management of our country at this stage.This paper mainly takes the governance theory as the main line,and tries to explore a management model of the logistics management based on the theory of governance.This article includes six parts.The first part is the introduction part.First of all,this paper expounds the practical basis,theoretical basis and the practical significance of the research,and summarizes the research status of the logistics management and governance of the institutions at home and abroad.Then,the connotation and characteristics of the governance theory are described in detail.In this paper,governance is divided into broad and narrow sense of governance,this article refers to the narrow sense of governance.Governance in the narrow sense refers to the government reform in the public affairs,in addition to the government,but also including public organizations,non-governmental organizations,private organizations,social individuals and other subjects,the use of public authority,through cooperation and continuous interaction,to maintain public order,meet common needs,to achieve common objectives of the management process.Governance features include the diversification,the main game of power,power subject of mutual dependence and interaction,autonomous network establishment,concede the authority of the government and public authority set.Then,the definition of the concept of good governance and good governance elements of a brief overview,and then a brief overview of the meaning of sovereignty governance.This section then introduces the research methods of this paper.Finally,the author makes a brief review of the application of the governance theory in the field of the organization's logistics.The second part is the development situation,existing problems and reasons analysis of the logistics management of the organization.This part is the key content of the article.First of all,the definition of the logistics management,including the definition of the logistics management,the contents of the logistics management,the characteristics of the logistics management.And then,the paper expounds the five stages of the reform of the organization,the trial stage,the initial stage,the stage of development and the deepening stage.And then,the present situation of our country's logistics management is summarized.At the same time,the problems in the logistics management of our country are analyzed,such as the main existing problems of the system,the institutional setup,the weak organization of logistics services,the low level of legal system of the organization,the imperfect mechanism,and the imperfect management theory.In the last part of this section,the paper analyzes the actual situation of the logistics work of the authorities,and hopes to use the way of case analysis to study the logistics management of our country.The third part is the experience and Enlightenment of the foreign agency logistics management.This part mainly summarizes the basic situation of the logistics management in foreign countries,including the United States,Japan and other countries of the logistics management experience,and to sum up the experience of foreign institutions logistics management,with a view to the reform of our country's logistics management.The fourth part is to construct the management mode of our country's logistics management based on the theory of governance.This part is the foothold of this article,based on the theory of governance,this paper puts forward five aspects:adjusting the role of the government,rebuilding the logistics management system,introducing the market competition mechanism,strengthening the legal system construction of logistics management,constructing the logistics network management mode,and building the new model of our country's logistics management.
