Study On City Integration Of The Second Generation Of Migrant Workers

Large-scale rural-urban labor migration is an inevitable phenomenon in the background of two yuan economic structure.After the reform and opening up,the second generation of migrant workers have become a new group of social concerns,and become an important force to promote urban economic and social development.Due to the special characteristics of the two generation of migrant workers in the times,living environment and personality,this group has a strong desire to stay in the city.The object of this article is the children of migrant workers,who born after1980 s,and their parents are working in the city.This study combines sociological theories such as socialization and social role,from the economic,political,cultural and other aspects to analysis the urban integration of the two generation of migrant workers.This research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis and the core concept of the article;Sorting out the domestic and foreign literature about the two generation of migrant workers;Introducing the research methods and samples.The second part is by comparing the research object with the first generation of migrant workers and city children,highlighting the characteristics of the second generation of migrant workers.The third part,the fourth part and the fifth part,from the economic,political and cultural aspects analysis of the current situation of urban integration,find out the reasons and propose solutions.Economic level: Optimizing labor resources,to improve market service system;Deepening the reform of the housing system;Encouraging entrepreneurship to promote employment.Political level: Increasing policy support efforts;Improving the political participation mechanism and organization mechanism.Cultural level: Developing a wide range of skills training to improve the level of cultural skills;Enriching the spiritual and cultural life;Strengthening the role of cultural organizations.
