Research On The Public Relations Management Of The Emergency Of The Prison

With the development of social economy,the public security departments and local governments deal with emergencies more and more immedicate and reasonable,in the face of crisis public relations,the treatment is also more and more calm,professional.As a part of the government,the prison system has been advancing with the pace of social development.However,in our country,the handling of the public relations in prison crisis is still in its beginning step.herefore,the subject of this thesis studies is that on how can we apply an efficient job of daily work,and the establishment of a standardized system of handling emergencies,in order to deal with the crisis of prion public relations.Dealing well with emergencies is one steps of the solutions to the crisis of public relations,on the other hand,while dealing with emergencies,response to public opinion questions timely and suitably,to accurately announce the information on the handling of emergencies is the second step to deal with the crisis of public relations.In this thesis,qualitative analysis,case analysis,enumeration,induction and other methods are used to explain and study the public relations of the prison.Combined with the reality of prison work,this thesis is based on the theory of public crisis,emergency management,public relations and so on,through the typical case of the prisoner's escape from the crisis public relations,analysis concretely of the nature and characteristics of public relations in prison,and what aspects should be taken to deal with public relations.Through the study found,to improve the level of public relations management in the emergency of the prison,besides the need of constantly improving emergency response work,it is also necessary to strengthen the construction and maintenance of public relations,enhancing the internal management ability of prison is the radical policy to deal with the public relations of the emergency of the prison.Prison walls,doors and other hardware facilities,SWAT team,the number of policeman,the daily management of prisoners system,emergency management system,the police management assessment system and other software supports are all constituting an important part of the internal management ability content of the prison.The work level of these areas needs to be advanced,strengthened and perfected continuously.Official website,the official WeChat,micro-blog,news spokesman and other information open channels are important to maintain good police public relations,the public relations service related to the prison is also important to maintain good public relations.So,internal management ability,public relations ability and other above aspects are interlinked,they are indispensable needing to deal with the prison crisis of public relations.The author points out the outstanding problems existing in the disposal of publicrelations,analysis of these issues,according to the analysis conclusion,put forward countermeasures to these problems.The author tries to analyze how to deal with these problems,solves the problem organically linked and strikes up a systematic system,to build a prison public relations blueprint of perfect management finally.
