The Study Of The Development Of Rural Social Organization In China From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

With the development of social organization in the rural area of China in recent years,it has become an important part of social organization.Moreover,it can also function as an important form of rural governance,an important criterion to measure the level of social development in the rural area and an effective means of the cooperation between farmers and government.Hence,it has played a key role in regulating the farmers' behavior,arousing the democratic awareness,cultivating the social and cultural environment as well as the political democratization in the rural area.As noted in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 thCPC Central Committee,great efforts should be made to innovate in the system of social governance and stimulate the vitality of social organization.The sound development of social organization and the reform in the management system will become the focus of the innovation in the system of social governance.Although the development of rural social organization has diversified,it is still faced with the problem of slow development progress and imbalanced development.In order to better promote the development of rural social organization,this paper will utilize the theory of resource dependence to analyze the difficulties faced by the development of rural social organization under the background of the government being involved in the development of rural social organization.The aim of this research is to improve the thinking for the organization and building of social organization in the rural area.The main content of this research is as follows.Chapter 1:The relevant theories and concepts will be discussed.Besides comprising the concepts of social organization and rural social organization,it will alsoelaborate on the content of the resource dependence theory and the development of rural social development under the theory.By summarizing the basic organizational theories,it will provide the theoretical support for the following parts of the research.Chapter 2:The chapter is about the development Status of Rural Social Organizations-Taking X Village Committee as an Example.This chapter is divided into three sections.Firstly,it is the development of X village committee,this section mainly describes the basic situation of the organization and the main functions of the organization.Secondly,about the rural social organization dependence on government,rural social organization legitimacy existence cannot do without the support of the government,the organization funds mostly from government financial investment,needs the government to guide and standardize its healthy development.Thirdly,about the problems of the village committee,including the organization of administrative tendencies,lack of credibility etc.Chapter 3:The factors that the development of rural social organizations under resource dependence.Firstly,Legality weakened,such as the lack of relevant laws and regulations in rural social organizations.Secondly,the lack of human resources,reflected in the organization of the overall quality of staff and the lack of quantitative structure of the two aspects.Thirdly,the shortage of funds,due to the lack of access to funds and the lack of material resources.Chapter 4:The solutions to overcoming the difficulty in the development of rural social organization will be provided in the research.Based on the analysis on the difficulty hindering the development of rural social organization above,it will offer some solutions from the perspective of resource dependence.Firstly,rural social organizations should to strengthen cooperation with the government,in a good institutional environment,further efforts should be made to diversify the purchase of public services and determine the governmental role properly.Secondly,more measures should be taken to cultivate the new-generation high-quality farmers,diversify the financing channels,improve the quality of public services as well as enhance the ability of the organization.By taking full advantage of the resource from each other,they can achieve the efficient cooperation and mutual development.
