Study On The Equalization Of Basic Public Services In The Development Of Urban-rural Integration

Nowadays,China makes efforts to break the urban-rural dual structure,to promote the integration of urban and rural construction.This is an important task of China's economic and social development to the present stage,and is the inevitable requirement of productivity development.Basic public services equalization has decisive value and significance in promoting urban and rural integration,which is the important content of promoting the construction of urban and rural integration.In view of the current study of equalization of public service between urban and rural areas of China,this paper analyzes the reasons of common problems and the deep reasons,gives targeted suggestions and improving measures,which are very significant in promoting the practice and theoretical construction.Furthermore,urban-rural integration theory system should be enriched to provide useful theoretical guidance for the practical work,which is also the purpose of this study.This paper first analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of the equalization of basic public services,and reviews the current situation of domestic and foreign research.Based on the background of the development of urban-rural integration in Wuxi and the success and problems of the equalization of basic public services in Wuxi City,the author starts with the present situation of urban-rural basic public service equalization,and analyzes the reasons that blocks the urban-rural public service equalization in Wuxi City as follows: In the process of the integration of urban and rural constrction in Wuxi,there are common problems of public service supply,allocation of resources,mechanism and system obstacles,which are not conducive to realize the equal basic public services in the region.To solve the above problems,efforts from the following several aspects are needed: reform the service and management mechanism;promote public resource configuration optimization;introduce market competition mechanism of public service supply area;increase financial investment of public services;strengthen evaluation and supervision.
